Bob Hill grew up in Fayetteville and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate in 1978, after which he moved to Dallas, Texas, where he began his career as a real estate broker specializing in commercial and investment properties. Bob represented local, national, and international investment groups, and worked with financial institutions and government entities in the sale of their real estate assets. Bob returned to Fayetteville in 1995 where he has continued in the brokerage, leasing and development of office buildings, retail centers, multi-family properties, and land, while guiding his clients and agents through complicated real estate transactions. Prior to founding Hillcrest Real Estate Group, Bob was a partner and principal broker of Revest Group, Inc in Dallas and Nickle-Hill Group, LLC and R H Hill Properties, LLC in Fayetteville. Bob has been blessed to work in the profession he loves for over 45 years and enjoys serving his community at Hillcrest Real Estate Group, LLC.
A native of Northwest Arkansas, Brad Lushbaugh began practicing law with an established Fayetteville law firm after completing his education with a Masters of Laws in Taxation in 1995. During the last thirty years, Brad has focused his law practice on trusts and estates, business entity formation, and real estate. He has negotiated numerous commercial real estate transactions as an attorney and has extensive experience drafting real estate contracts and deeds, as well as handling easements, quiet title actions, real estate partitions, condemnation cases, and like-kind (1031) exchanges. Brad has held an active real estate sales license in Arkansas since 2015. During the summer of 2024, Brad joined forces with Bob Hill to organize Hillcrest Real Estate Group, LLC.
